About This Place

Nestled in the heart of Negaunee, Michigan, Pasqualis is a pizza restaurant that delivers not just exceptional food but a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes every visit special. Known for its authentic, handcrafted pizzas, Pasqualis masterfully balances tradition and flavor to create a dining experience that has quickly become a local favorite.

The menu showcases a variety of delicious options, tailored to satisfy all appetites. Their pizzas come in sizes ranging from an 8-inch small for a quick personal treat, to an 18-inch party-size perfect for sharing with friends and family. Each pie offers a velvety, homemade sauce, a perfectly baked crust with the ideal golden crunch, and melty, generous layers of cheese that pull apart with just the right stretch. One of the standout specialties is their scratch-made cudighi, a robust Italian sausage spiced with an interesting hint of anise, flavorfully paired with pizza sauce, mozzarella, and onions on a freshly baked homemade bun. For those seeking something equally comforting, the meatball sandwich, topped with parmesan and mozzarella, or the tender chicken sandwich, provide hearty alternatives. Don’t miss the simple yet irresistible pizza bread or the fragrant, buttery garlic bread that perfectly complements any meal.

Pasqualis exudes down-to-earth charm with its woodsy décor—a true Yooper backdrop—that reflects the friendly and genuine spirit of its community. Longtime patrons like Daniel T. praise the welcoming staff and consistently excellent to-go pizzas, while others like Gladys Mitchell appreciate the warm hospitality and the rich history embedded within the walls of this beloved spot. Erin Piefer shares how the restaurant becomes doubly enjoyable when paired with live comedy nights, making it a lively hub for both great food and entertainment.

Whether you're stopping in after a long day on the nearby Ramba Trail or gathering with friends for a casual night out, Pasqualis offers a comforting slice of home with every meal. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel instantly at ease, where every crust is handmade with care, every flavor thoughtfully layered, and every visit leaves you looking forward to the next.

For authentic taste, local character, and a menu packed with delicious, hearty options, Pasqualis stands out as a must-visit pizza haven in Negaunee.

Great pizza and pub. Scratch made cudighi sausage, crust and sauce. The cudighi does have a rather strong taste of anise - so if you don't like anise, you may want to omit it from your pizza. There are plenty of other toppings. The crust is great. It's a typical Yooper backdrop - kind people and woods-based decor.

Pizza is my favorite food. Crust was perfectly done. Sauce tasted homemade, just the right amount of cheese. Price was perfect. Our waitress and the cook made us feel welcome and at home. The history of the place is amazing and you need to take the time to stop here and learn about the people and the place. Good food, good price, great people. Excellent place to refuel after hitting the Ramba Trails.
